Weir Group in Candler, Florida is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Manager to lead inventory governance, cycle counts, and team of about 10. You will standardize processes, partner across Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Quality and Finance, drive accuracy and compliance, and support SAP transitions.

  • Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, including cycle counting.
  • Strong people leadership and team development.
  • Analytical skills with inventory reporting and KPI tracking.

  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Change management capabilities.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication across departments.

You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What you’ll doInventory Governance & Accuracy: Lead cycle counts, physical inventory activities, and validate results daily to improve inventory accuracy and support month-end close. Success means maintaining high inventory accuracy, reducing discrepancies, and ensuring audit readiness.Process Standardization & Controls: Establish and document standardized inventory processes, SOPs, workflows, and internal controls to support SAP transition readiness and sustainable inventory management maturity.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to improve inventory visibility, compliance, and process discipline.Inventory Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze variances, adjustments, and consumption trends to identify root causes and drive corrective actions that reduce inventory risk and improve efficiency.Warehouse & Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of approximately 10 employees, consolidating warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions under one leadership structure.
