Job summary

Qualifications

  • Move parts and materials within a manufacturing/shop environment.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts.
  • Demonstrate strong safety and reliability in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Material Handling: Move parts and materials throughout the shop environment to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks to support incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Production Support: Supply machines and workstations with required materials daily to maintain uninterrupted production.
  • Operational Efficiency: Help maintain workflow efficiency throughout the facility by timely material delivery and support.
  • Success Metrics: Ensure materials are available where needed, production workflows are supported efficiently, and truck loading/unloading activities are completed effectively.
  • Travel Requirements: This role is onsite with no travel expected.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves
  • Ability to move parts and materials within a manufacturing/shop environment.
  • Experience or capability to operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts.
  • Ability to load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Strong commitment to safety and operational reliability.
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
  • Basic knowledge of production workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
