Pro Staff is hiring for a Warehouse Material Picker in Arden Hills, MN. The role supports inventory control, material movement, cycle counting, and logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with SAP experience preferred.

First shift offers up to $20.50 per hour; second shift up to $22.50 per hour. Positions require standing, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment, with opportunities to work with ERP systems and improve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.
• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials for production.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse improvements.
• Maintain vendor kanban systems and track incoming shipments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality, and production teams.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports.
• Assist with expired material disposition and inventory analysis.
• Train new employees on inventory processes and cycle counting procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Cross-train and provide backup support for logistics operations.

Pay Rate:

• Up to $20.50 per hour (1st Shift)


• Up to $22.50 per hour (2nd Shift)

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday


• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
