Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners or pick tickets; verify item numbers and locations.
• Receive incoming materials and stock inventory in designated areas.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and flatbeds.
• Perform packing to secure materials for shipment.
• Use warehouse systems to track shipping and receiving activity.
• Prepare shipments using shrink wrap and banders as needed.
• Maintain safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: South St. Paul, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $23.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in South St. Paul. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours and long-term potential. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, be comfortable operating forklifts, and be capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners or pick tickets, verifying item numbers, descriptions, and locations
• Receive incoming materials and accurately stock inventory in designated areas
• Load and unload materials from flatbed and box trailers
• Perform packing duties, ensuring correct materials are selected and properly secured for shipment
• Use warehouse systems or basic computer functions to track shipping and receiving activity
• Operate equipment such as shrink wrap machines and banders to prepare shipments
• Lift, move, and organize materials within the warehouse as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and support team needs as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and pick tickets
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
