Advantage Technical in Arden Hills, MN seeks a Warehouse Material Picker to support inventory control, material movement, cycle counting, and logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Both 1st and 2nd shift options available with up to $22.50 per hour for the right shift.

You will pull and stage materials, perform counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality, and production teams. SAP experience is preferred; forklift exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles; SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong data entry and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials for production.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support improvements.
• Maintain vendor kanban systems and track shipments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality and production teams.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports.
• Train new employees on inventory processes and cycle counting.

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate:

• Up to $20.50 per hour (1st Shift)
• Up to $22.50 per hour (2nd Shift)

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Looking for a warehouse role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with inventory systems? We are seeking a Warehouse Material Picker to support inventory control, material movement, cycle counting, and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent related work experience

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
• Forklift experience is a plus

Job Duties

• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Cross-train and provide backup support for logistics operations
