Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler II Job Description: The Role: Our site in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. A Warehouse Associate performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. This job is 50% active, 50% on the computer.

What You'll Do:

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Posts weight and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment.
• Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• Prepare kitting packages for production.
• Conduct physical inventory counts.

What We Seek:

• 2-5+ years of experience working in a warehouse role that includes data entry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to solve problems independently, attention to detail, and organizational and documentation skills.
• Knowledge and proficiency with computers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk/stand for the duration of the shift.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be used at all times while on duty. This includes the use of safety glasses and steel-toed shoes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable attendance.
