Entegris is seeking a Material Handler II - Shipping & Receiving to join the Materials Handling and Logistics team at the Riegelwood facility. This role supports Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Warehouse operations on first shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM).

You will prepare shipments, manage SAP transactions, and ensure compliance with Customer and Regulatory requirements. The position requires the ability to operate a forklift and lift heavy materials as needed.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of relevant experience in shipping/receiving or materials handling.
• Experience with hazardous materials shipments and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SAP transactions for shipping/receiving and inventory.

Job Title

Job Title: Material Handler II - Shipping & Receiving

Job Description: The Role Entegris is currently seeking a Material Handler II - Shipping and Receiving to join our Material Handling and Logistics team. This position will be based in our Riegelwood facility on the first shift Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. In this role, you will prepare and schedule shipments in compliance with applicable Customer and Regulatory requirements. The Material Handler is responsible for tasks supporting Receiving, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.

What You’ll Do

Shipping

• Prepare materials for shipment to ensure that shipments comply with Customer and Regulatory requirements. This includes packaging, labelling, and document requirements.
• Schedule and prioritize shipments in coordination with Production and Customer Service to meet commit dates, supporting On Time Shipments.
• Complete all SAP transactions associated with shipments.
• Attach documents in SAP, including COA's, BOL and tracking numbers.
• Maintain applicable Shipping Documents in accordance with Regulatory requirements and site document retention guidelines.
• Create and maintain Shipping Procedures and Specifications.
• Ensure adequacy of shipping materials and tools.
• Ensure that applicable tools are within calibration date and calibration documents are maintained.
• Support On Time Shipment and Quality metrics.

Receiving

• Support Receiving as needed.
• Verify paperwork for receiving- COA's against specifications, lot numbers and quantities against packing slip and PO.
• Complete Receiving transactions in SAP and attach documents per Receiving procedures.
• Segregate Quarantine materials.
• Label received materials with item number, appropriate location, applicable BP # or SO# if project specific, and other critical notes per PO request.
• Move received materials to the appropriate storage location.

Inventory

• Inventory counts driven by cycle counts, inventory discrepancy resolution, and regularly scheduled counts (weekly and monthly). These counts include spare parts, production supplies, packaging materials, solvents and direct materials.
• Complete SAP inventory transactions to support inventory counts and cleaning solvent consumption.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Load and unload trucks- outgoing shipments, material receipt, drum trucks, etc.
• Oversee used container shipments- used drums, cylinders returns, tote returns.

Warehouse

• Coordinate with Production to maintain organized storage areas.
• Monitor storage areas for container and label integrity.

General

• Follow processes to support effective workflows and Quality system.
• Support safety culture through proactive participation, including activities such as Inspections and Observations.

What We Seek

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with hazardous materials shipments
• Familiar with DOT, IATA and IMDG regulations- current or prior certification
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Experience in the Chemical Industry preferred
• Familiar and efficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to drive a forklift; certification will be done on site
• Must be able to wear a respirator
• Position will require moderate physical effort with heavy lifting (50-lbs), walking, bending, loading items on shelves, shrink wrapping pallets, labelling drums, pails, or boxes and loading/unloading trucks with forklift
• Must be able to work in varying high and low temperatures
