Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a warehouse associate to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions within the distribution center. You will operate RF scanners and WMS, ensure inventory accuracy, and follow safety standards while moving merchandise through various fulfillment stages.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment and handle merchandise safely.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documents with merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse tech.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, and racks.
• Load/unload trailers and freight shipments, ensuring protection from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
• Follow hazardous material handling and disposal procedures per safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy, keep areas clean and safe, report unsafe conditions.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to leadership promptly.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
