Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory in our SC plant. You will pull, stock, and prepare materials for production, operate a forklift, and ensure safe, efficient workflow.

The role requires 1+ year in a warehouse environment and 2+ years forklift experience preferred. Overtime may be required; we offer benefits from day one and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• 2+ years of forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer to read and input data.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull parts for production areas and accurately stock parts in warehouse locations.
• Shipping/Receiving of outgoing & incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean/organized work area and maintain equipment accordingly.
• Comply with safety requirements and company policies.
• Complete production and quality assurance forms.
• Participate actively in team meetings and group discussions.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities or events as required.
• Adhere to Quality Management System Requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
