Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking personnel to safely operate equipment for moving packages and documents, and to assist with pallet buildup and breakdown of heavyweight freight. You will liaison with ULD repair vendors as needed and carry out additional duties as assigned.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, walk and stand for long shifts, and work in noisy environments with good communication while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for movement of packages and documents.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets with heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between FedEx and ULD repair vendor when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
