Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking personnel for an early morning shift responsible for safe operation of equipment moving packages and heavyweight freight. Responsibilities include pallet buildup/breakdown and coordination with ULD repair vendors where needed.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, walk and stand for extended periods, and to operate in a noisy environment while maintaining clear communication. A drug screen and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk/stand for designated hours.
• Able to bend, squat and maneuver packages as required.
• Must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment for movement of packages and weighty freight.
• Assists in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
