Job summary

RK Logistics Group, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in El Mirage, AZ to move, store and process parts within the warehouse and WMS. You will use pallet jacks and forklifts, perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping tasks, and assist with inventory counts and documentation.

The role requires 0-2 years warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and basic computer skills. Training on LEAN methods will be provided; safety and accuracy are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years warehouse and logistics experience.
• 1-2 years forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn LEAN principles; training provided.
• Good math and writing skills; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior inventory control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move material using hand trucks, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Unload inbound customer products and load outbound items.
• Weigh, measure, and verify products (DIMS) and documen tation.
• Use RF tools to receive, stock check, and ship in WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Prepare and label products for receipt, put-away, picking or shipping.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and staging of orders.
• Assist with QA checks and ensure accurate documentation.
