Job summary

RK Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler to process and move materials in our Arizona warehouse. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF tools to receive, stock, pick, and ship items with our WMS system.

You will also perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory while keeping work areas clean and safe. The role requires 0–2 years in warehouse settings, lean principles familiarity, and solid math/communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years’ Warehouse and Logistics experience.
• 1-2 years’ forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn LEAN principles (5S/7S); training provided.
• Great communication skills and knowledge of logistics processes.
• Strong math and writing skills; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials with hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks and motorized equipment.
• Unload inbound products and load outbound processing.
• Weigh, measure, and verify products (DIMS).
• Receive, unpack, check, and verify items for accuracy.
• Use RF tools for receiving, picking, stock checks, and shipping in WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory.
• Label, pack, and wrap products for shipping or storage.
• Stage orders and ensure proper shipment documentation.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies.
