Job summary

Ryder is hiring full-time Material Handlers in Raleigh, NC to join a team-focused supply chain operation. You'll handle warehouse tasks, operate forklifts as needed, and support daily shipping and receiving activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance record.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule with various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading and unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $20.50 per hour


• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm
