Job summary

RK Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler in Kyle, Texas to process parts through the warehouse and WMS. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, handle inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years’ Warehouse and Logistics experience.
• 1-2 years’ forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn LEAN principles, including 5S and 7S; training provided.
• Great communication skills.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping, receiving, and standard work instruction protocols.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience with Inventory control preferred.
• Excellent time management

Responsibilities

• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move material within the warehouse.
• Unload inbound customer products and load outbound shipments.
• Weigh products and take measurements (DIMS).
• Receive, unpack, verify, and check products for accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive, pick, stock check, and ship in WMS.
• Conduct stock checks and cycle counts; support physical inventory.
• Pack and wrap products for shipping and storage.
• Label parts during receipt, put-away, picking, or shipping.
• Pick parts for orders and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Follow safety regulations and RK policies; uphold cleanliness and organization.
