Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years Warehouse experience; forklift experience preferred.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping/receiving and standard work instructions.
• Strong math and writing skills; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Move material using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Unload inbound products and load outbound shipments.
• Weigh, measure, receive, unpack, verify products for accuracy.
• Use RF tools to receive, pick, stock check, and ship into WMS.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Label, package, and stage shipments; ensure proper documents accompany orders.
• Inform supervisor about overages, shortages, and damage.
• Perform housekeeping and adhere to safety policies.
• Cross-train as needed to learn other warehouse functions.
