Job summary

Proficiency with RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems is preferred, along with a willingness to learn warehouse processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
