Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in the United States distribution network seeks a warehouse associate to perform inbound/outbound material handling, picking, packing, and shipping. You will use RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking tools to ensure inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced DC environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, staging, labeling, and preparing merchandise for shipment, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment while lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF tech, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Match item numbers, quantities, and shipping docs with goods.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floors, racks, and reserve areas.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks; safeguard items from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report unsafe conditions.
