Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Warehouse/Material Handler for 1st shift at our Delavan, WI site to support manufacturing by moving materials to production lines, receiving and stocking items, and preparing orders for shipment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify inventory, use SAP and other systems, read BOMs, and maintain a safe, clean work area while meeting production deadlines.

This permanent, full-time role offers a starting hourly rate of $21.00, potential increases after skill

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely with PPE.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse/ Ma terial Handler to join our Delavan, WI team. You will support the Materials team by handling and delivering materials to our manufacturing lines, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will:

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
