Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Warehouse/Material Handler for the Delavan, WI team on 2nd shift. You will support shipping and materials, manage inventory, and process orders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, receiving, staging, and using SAP and other systems. 2nd shift is 2:30pm–11:00pm with overtime; pay $21/hr plus a 8% differential ($22.68/hr) and potential increases with skill/training.

Qualifications

• Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely with PPE.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

Hours / Shift

2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday – Friday. Occasional mandatory overtime required.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00/hr. (2nd shift also receives an 8% shift differential for a total of $22.68/hr.). Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
