Job summary

Pentair is hiring for a Warehouse/Material Handler on 1st shift in Delavan, WI. You will support the Materials team by handling and delivering materials to manufacturing lines, ensuring smooth operations.

The role requires physical work and safe handling of materials, with daily SAP-driven inventory duties. Compensation includes benefits such as holidays, vacation, health Insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely while wearing PPE.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

Shift/Hours:

1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday

Occasional mandatory overtime required

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is:$21.00. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
