Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler for the Delavan, WI team to support shipping and materials by managing inventory, handling materials, shipping/receiving, and order processing to ensure materials are delivered accurately and operations run smoothly. You will work with SAP and other inventory systems, loading/unloading, receiving, staging, and delivering materials to production areas.

The role requires forklift experience, safety-minded teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely while wearing required PPE.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse/Material Handler to join our Delavan, WI team. You will:

Hours/Shift:

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday
• Occasional mandatory overtime required.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00/hr. (2nd shift also receives an 8% shift differential for a total of $22.68/hr. ). Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
