Job summary

Pentair in Delavan, WI is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler for 1st shift (PERM). You will support the Materials team by handling and delivering materials to our manufacturing lines, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The role requires forklift operation and adherence to safety procedures. Overtime may be required. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely while wearing required PPE.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is:$21.00. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
