Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Indianapolis, IN for a night shift schedule (11:15 PM – 5:00 AM). The role involves picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed. RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment are used daily.

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 11:15 PM - 5 AM

Education Requirements

• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.


• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.


• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.


• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.


• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.


• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.


• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.


• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.


• Steel-toed shoes are required
