Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks to move and transport inventory.
• Pick, pack, label, shrink-wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets, ensuring safe handling and proper storage.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and document shipments against orders to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality control inspections to identify damaged products and ensure shipments meet standards.
• Support inventory management with cycle counts and audits.
• Follow safety procedures and train teammates in warehouse operations.

Job Duties

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to safely move, stage, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, label, shrink-wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets, ensuring products are handled safely and stored in designated warehouse locations.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders and work orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform quality control inspections to identify damaged products and ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
• Support inventory management by conducting cycle counts, rotating stock, maintaining controlled inventory locations, and assisting with inventory audits.
• Follow food safety, warehouse safety, and standard operating procedures while collaborating with team members, training new employees, and supporting cross-functional warehouse operations.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse operating Cherry Picker, reach trucks, sit down forklift and rider Electric Pallet Jacks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid work history with no gaps, long term roles.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
