Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Aiken, SC seeks a Vice President of Component Manufacturing and Facilities to lead site operations, maintenance, and infrastructure. The role drives safe, efficient production, quality, and continuous improvement across a growing manufacturing footprint.

You will partner with global leaders to standardize tooling, procedures, and automation, while developing the local team and managing investments and performance metrics. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations leadership with a degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s; JD/PhD with 3+ years accepted.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing environments and site infrastructure in a global organization.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience with change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead component manufacturing operations and facilities management for the Aiken site.
• Strategize, execute investments for localization of components and facility upgrades.
• Drive operational excellence, cost, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve site targets and customer commitments.
• Develop digitalization and automation strategies in partnership with global teams.
