Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management or procurement and related field.
• 3 years of supplier, materials management, and planning/scheduling experience (or 7 years total experience).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with external suppliers preferred.
• SAP familiarity is desirable; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple external suppliers and procure components to ensure on-time delivery.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and adjust plans for unforeseen conditions.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and maintain Schedule Agreement delivery schedules.
• Keep management informed of progress and potential issues.
• Negotiate delivery dates and escalations with suppliers.
