Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Aiken, SC seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, storage, inventory, kitting, and shipping for the Aiken site, ensuring safe, accurate and timely support of manufacturing and customer commitments.

You will own KPIs, sustain 6S, implement standard work, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, and Engineering to improve material availability and productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, materials, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or distribution experience.
• Experience leading warehouse operations with safety-focused mindset.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/WMS and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations for the Aiken site including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, kitting, and shipping.
• Ensure materials are available and delivered to production when needed with clear priorities and cross-functional coordination.
• Own KPIs and operating routines for safety, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, storage utilization, productivity, and cost.
• Sustain 6S throughout the warehouse with audits, corrective actions and clear ownership.
• Build and sustain standard work for material handling, stock location, transaction discipline, and packing.
