Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Aiken site to lead material storage, inventory control, and shipping activities. You will drive 6S and standard work while collaborating across multiple functions to support production and customer commitments.

The role requires applying lean practices to improve warehouse flow, accuracy, and availability, with a focus on team capability development and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field with 3+ years of warehouse, materials, or logistics experience.
• Experience leading warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring safe, accurate, and timely material handling.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing and Engineering teams.
• Own KPIs: safety, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, storage utilization, and cost control.
• Sustain 6S and develop standard work for material handling and shipment readiness.
