Job summary

Rolls-Royce is hiring a Warehouse Manager for the Aiken, SC site. You will lead warehouse operations, ensure material availability, and drive continuous improvement while building a high-performing team to support manufacturing and customer commitments.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, storage, cycle counts, kitting, and material movement with a strict focus on safety and performance metrics. The role requires U.S. work authorization and a strong background in warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, materials, logistics, or distribution experience with an associate degree.
• 5+ years of warehouse, materials, logistics, or distribution experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of warehouse, materials, logistics, or distribution experience with a master’s degree.
• 1+ year of warehouse, materials, logistics, or distribution experience with a JD/PhD.
• 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations for receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, kitting, internal movement, shipping, and team performance.
• Maintain materials availability and accuracy; coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, and Engineering.
• Own KPIs and routines: safety, inventory accuracy, cycle count, on-time delivery, storage utilization, productivity, and cost control.
• Sustain 6S in the warehouse with audits, corrective actions, and clear ownership.
