Job summary

Maumee Supply is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and delivery operations with a focus on safety and excellence in service. You will own processes, develop people, and drive accountability across receiving, inventory, and fulfillment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage warehouse and delivery teams for safety, service and results.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and customer pickups.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and supervise driver performance and safety.
• Maintain forklift training and warehouse safety programs; oversee facilities and equipment.
