Job summary

Maumee Supply, a long-standing family-owned distributor in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Manager. You will lead the warehouse and delivery teams, drive efficient operations, and uphold safety and accuracy standards to support our customers.

You will own inventory control, route planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with insurability.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and daily operations.
• Ability to plan daily routes and manage inventory accuracy.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse and delivery team, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping to ensure accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily truck routes and monitor on-time deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Ensure safety, equipment, and facility maintenance and compliance (OSHA/DOT).
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and leadership to support business goals.
