• Evaluate shipping processes including deliveries, routes, and staffing.
• Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations.
• Maintain warehouse, dock, and grounds condition and safety standards.
• Manage layout, equipment inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Plan resources aligned with company objectives and targets.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met in the workplace.
• Coordinate product transfers between branches, buildings, and customers.
• Provide leadership, training, mentoring, and development for warehouse team members.
