LHH (formerly Ajilon) is seeking a Distribution Center / Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position in the greater Valparaiso, IN area. This leadership role offers a competitive salary based on 7+ years of warehouse/distribution center management experience, with an annual salary range of $80-85K. Benefits include affordable healthcare, generous PTO, and 401K plan contribution.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• 7+ years of warehouse management experience in distribution centers attached to manufacturing facilities (excluding management of 3PLs)
• Leadership experience supervising 100+ associates including supervisors
• Must have lean process improvement implementation experience
• Strong WMS experience, including implementation of new systems for production and inventory
• Forklift operation skills
• Inventory management expertise
• Employee leadership & development skills
• Safety focus
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Bilingual ability highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required
• Six Sigma/Lean Process Certification preferred
