Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary Pay: $78,000 - $88,000 per year based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Additional hours and days as needed to support business needs.

The Manager Customer Logistics oversees daily operations within an assigned function, responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. The role mainly involves leading direct reports and achieving daily operational goals within the functional area.
Manage customer service satisfaction and expectations
Staffing, performance management, and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
Manage daily planning and scheduling
Health and Safety Management
Ensure compliance with State/Local/Federal regulations
Perform other duties as assigned.

H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
At least 2 years relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field required
At least 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Proficiency in MS Office — advanced level required
Logistics industry knowledge — advanced level required
