Ontic Creedmoor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee material receiving, inventory control, storage, kitting and shipping, and coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing to meet production schedules and customer commitments.

You will coach warehouse staff, ensure safety and accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in inventory flow and process efficiency within a fast-paced aerospace environment at our Creedmoor, NC facility.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, inventory control or manufacturing.
• 5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and hold teams accountable for operational performance.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material transactions, cycle counting, inventory accuracy and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and maintaining accurate inventory records and material transactions.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize daily operations, resolve issues and collaborate across departments.
• A hands-on leadership approach, with the ability to identify operational risks, drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement.
• Desirable: Epicor ERP experience; Aerospace & Defense manufacturing; AS9100 quality standards; Lean, Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM practices or certifications.

The opportunity

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Ontic, you'll lead the daily warehouse operations that keep our manufacturing teams supplied and customer deliveries moving. You'll oversee material receiving, inventory control, storage, kitting and shipping while ensuring materials are handled accurately, safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll coach and develop warehouse personnel, establish clear priorities and take ownership of inventory accuracy, material flow and operational performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are available when needed while maintaining accurate inventory records and traceability.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing, you'll help resolve material shortages, improve warehouse processes and support reliable production and customer delivery.
