Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety.

You will coordinate fleet assignments, oversee material handling, and drive process improvements across receiving, storage, and asset control, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff.
• Strong inventory control and cycle counting skills.
• Familiarity with safety policies and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate fleet assignments and asset management.
• Excellent communication with supervisors, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, supplies, and assets.
• Implement and maintain stock issue and control systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all items issued, received, and stored.
• Assign, track, and maintain assets, materials, CPE, vehicles, tools, and uniforms.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support fleet coordination, maintenance, and asset reporting.
• Operate and train others on equipment (e.g., forklifts, box trucks).
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, vendors, and customers.
• Assist with scheduling, ordering, and vendor management.

Purpose

Job Description
Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and overseeing company assets to support operational efficiency. This includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory, managing materials and tools, supporting fleet assignments, and ensuring safety and compliance in warehouse and yard activities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit 6–8 hours daily

• Ability to safely operate warehouse vehicles and drive company box trucks


• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
