Job summary

Belron is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at a single fulfillment site. You will drive accountability, nurture a positive culture, and engage associates while adapting to change and innovation.

Key duties include aligning fulfillment plans with company goals, optimizing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance. You will collaborate with field partners to deliver exceptional end-to-end service and manage the site's P&L to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution is preferred.
• Ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented environments.

• Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting‑edge best practices.

What You’ll Need

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required and any other license(s) (as required by federal, state, and local laws) to operate a company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR).
• 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
