Job summary

Safelite in Minneapolis is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team of associates, driving efficient throughput and aligning daily work with business goals. You’ll coach, interview, and develop talent while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

You’ll coordinate staffing, monitor safety and quality, and push continuous improvement across shifts to meet service targets for field partners. Strong leadership experience in supply chain or fulfillment, plus familiarity with WMS

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license; MVR check.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• 1–3 years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
