Job summary

Pirate Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations in a high-throughput environment. You will manage inventory accuracy, lead a team, and uphold OSHA safety standards while driving cost-control initiatives and process improvements.

The role requires 5–10+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and familiarity with WMS and automation tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in warehouse management systems (WMS).

Safety Compliance:

Staff Supervision:

Schedule shifts, train new employees, monitor performance, and address disciplinary issues as needed.

Process Improvement:

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications: OSHA 10/30, APICS CSCP/CPIM, or similar preferred.
• Skills: Inventory control, safety compliance, staff leadership, budget management, and familiarity with WMS and automation tools.
