Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop the warehouse team, oversee daily operations, coordinate with internal customers and carriers, and ensure safety and compliance across stock handling and storage.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse/inventory experience, SAP familiarity, and strong communication and leadership skills to manage labor and budget within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• Requires experience managing supervisory level employees.
• 2+ years managing warehouse / inventory environment preferred.
• Intermediate PC and database skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Must have strong communication and people development skills.
