Job summary

We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support our Inventory Department by auditing records and reporting on accuracy for company and client stock. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and assist with reconciliation of receipts and shipments.

The role offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with competitive pay starting at $16–$18 per hour and comprehensive benefits including paid holidays, PTO, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or six months to 1-year related experience.
• Forklift certification or experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of supply chain or logistics practices is a plus.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team and help support the activities of the Inventory Department. You will act as a first level of inventory support for the company by auditing and reporting upon the accuracy of company and customer inventory records.

STARTING PAYRATE: $16-18 per hour

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You’ll Do

• Identify and determine the causes of discrepancies between the count and the records by performing basic system and issue research.
