Job summary

We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, structures and utility and electrical systems. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair components, dismantle and replace parts, and perform cleaning and lubrication to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a strong communicator with at least 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communicator.

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.

Role Overview: We're looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team to focus on installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures and utility, and electrical systems.

STARTING PAYRATE: $23 - $34 an hour based on experience and education

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed)

What You'll Do

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.


• Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variation with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.


• Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.


• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.

What We're Looking For
