Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar inventory management system preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory adjustments.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and develop Warehouse Associates while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory through NetSuite ERP by managing receipts, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage, labeling, and inventory locations.
• Coordinate warehouse organization, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
• Create and maintain item records, inventory documentation, and reports within NetSuite.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, ISO 9001/QMS standards, and company safety policies.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Support cross-functional teams and perform additional duties as assigned.
