Do It Tennis is a specialty tennis, pickleball, and padel shop with a physical location in San Diego, California, and an eCommerce website serving customers worldwide. We have a satellite warehouse in Jacksonville, FL, and recently opened a new warehouse at 11665 Fuqua St, Houston, TX, to support our growing customer base.

Position overview

We are seeking someone to manage and operate our Houston-based warehouse, with the goal of building a fully staffed shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while collaborating with our California team.

Daily tasks

• Receiving and cataloging large incoming deliveries
• Packaging customer orders for shipping
• Coordinating with postal carriers for pickups
• Assisting with customer service issues

Candidate profile

• Knowledge of tennis is helpful but not required; experience is advantageous for order picking and customer interactions.
• Comfortable with computer work and manual labor
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making proactive decisions
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs or more
• Self-starter with minimal supervision after training

Position details

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift, with Saturday availability initially required. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience. Benefits include health insurance. The position is not remote, and we aim to fill it within 3-4 weeks.
