Job Summary

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the safe, secure, and sanitary storage and distribution of all products and inventory within the location. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with excellent organizational and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to optimize stock and minimize loss
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams for requisitions and distribution
• Oversee delivery processes and inventory rotation
• Ensure timely ordering and accurate delivery management
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage product storage and rotation
• Perform annual and mid-term reviews for warehouse staff
• Manage hiring and team meetings
• Track product transfers, requisitions, and invoices
• Support Birchstreet system processes and data management
• Identify slow-moving stock and work with teams to address issues
• Support loading operations and other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
• Operational experience in food and beverage preferred
• High computer literacy
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
