SPEED Global Services is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Buffalo, NY operation. You will own the full warehouse, including receiving, storage, shipping, inventory, people, and budget, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient performance.

Bring 5+ years of warehouse leadership, a related degree, and strong knowledge of inventory control and WMS. This hands-on role offers ownership and a direct line to operations leadership, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership skills with hourly teams
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and distribution best practices
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS); Synapse a plus
• Able to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations
• Hire, coach, train, and develop warehouse staff, including performance reviews
• Build and manage staff schedules and assignments to meet daily goals
• Manage labor hours and operating costs; analyze variances and hit financial targets
• Oversee inventory control and accuracy, including cycle counts and WMS data integrity
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and safety programs
• Maintain warehouse security procedures and protect facility contents
• Plan layout improvements to increase space utilization and efficiency
• Oversee equipment maintenance and request replacements
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on warehouse KPIs and activities

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus

Schedule: Full-time

Location: 2299 Kenmore Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207

SPEED Global Services is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Buffalo distribution operation. You'll own the full warehouse, including receiving, storage, shipping, inventory, people, and budget, and build a team that runs safely, accurately, and efficiently. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows the floor as well as the numbers.

What You'll Do:

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS); Synapse experience a plus
• Able to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel)

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, reach, and bend on the warehouse floor
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Safety shoes required in the warehouse
