Executing hands-on materials management activities, including SKU and inventory rationalization, and cleaning up material master data in IFS.
Reviewing and correcting BOMs, Material Requests, and Shop Orders to enhance data accuracy.
Performing inventory reconciliation and transactional activities within the IFS ERP system.
Overseeing material receiving, documentation, labeling, staging, and inventory organization.
Supporting the transition and movement of materials to an external 3PL warehouse, including inventory preparation and transfer documentation.
Reviewing and organizing materials management records and documentation.
Executing standardized materials management processes and work instructions as they are developed.
Providing general project support to ensure smooth operations while permanent staff focus on daily GMP activities.
Have experience in materials management, warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain, or similar roles within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environment (required).
Bring hands-on experience working with ERP systems; IFS experience is strongly preferred.
Are comfortable managing physical inventory and performing detailed system and documentation tasks.
Demonstrate strong GDP (Good Documentation Practices), high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Can quickly contribute without needing extensive training in materials or GMP concepts.
