Key responsibilities include:
1、Evaluating long-term production capabilities and developing output strategies.
2、Aligning production demands with company goals for optimal capacity utilization and order fulfillment.
3、Designing robust material supply frameworks to ensure uninterrupted production.
4、Managing supplier and stakeholder relationships to prevent shortages and optimize inventory.
5、Enforcing safety protocols across warehouse and logistics operations.
6、Strategically controlling material flow to production lines and manage logistics costs.
7、Leading logistics teams to execute seamless delivery and continuously improve transport and customs processes.
8、Optimizing logistics systems through automation and process reengineering.
9、Building organizational structures to support business growth and a culture of continuous improvement.
1.Bachelor degree or master degree; Logistics Engineering\ Industrial Engineering\ Electrical\ Mechanical\ Information Professional Background
2.Proficiency in TMS, ERP, MES, WMS, WCS, AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORDS, logistics planning and other related software
3.At least 3 years experience in global warehousing, transportation and import and export planning, working experience in Fortune 500 enterprises is preferred
4.Strong ability of planning, organization, communication, coordination and project promotion; Strong sense of responsibility, pressure resistance and execution;
