McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Maintenance I to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment in the distribution center.

You will join a team focused on safety, technology, and a strong culture that supports advancement and benefits. The role requires basic maintenance experience, ability to read electrical schematics, and familiarity with DC equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers).

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers).
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment and facility systems.
• Track spare parts usage, inventory, and work orders per policy.
• Assist with maintenance tasks in refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, dock doors, air systems, and racking.
• Develop knowledge of McLane Maintenance Connection database.
• Other duties as assigned.
